API Flare’s flare tip assembly is designed with new combustion technology and be simulated using combustion softwares, which have high efficiency in combustion and high performance flare tip burner.

Low-pressure flare tips are sized for 0.5 Mach for a peak, short-term, infrequent flow (emergency release) and 0.2 Mach for normal conditions.

High-pressure flare tips, most manufacturers offer “sonic” flares that are very stable and clean burning; however, they do introduce a higher backpressure into the flare system. Smokeless flares should be sized for the conditions under which they are to operate smokelessly.

Enclosed Ground Flares are being used more frequently as they are typically more environmentally efficient. Waste gases from the wellsite and gas treatment facilities are incinerated in ground flares at high temperature to ensure that complete combustion takes place. The majority of the combustion takes place within the burning chamber and the stack and, unlike open flares, there is usually no visible flame outside the stack. A ground flare burns its fuel in a chamber in the flare stack and, as a result, combustion is more controlled.

Flame Front Generator is a system in which a gas/air mixture is introduced at ground level and flows up a one-inch line to the pilot burner. After filling this line with the mixture it is ignited by a spark. The resulting flame travels to the top of the flare where the pilot burner is ignited.

Flare accessories and parts
Flare and combustion system are operated and controlled using ignition control system, which be integrated in one skid, with pipe train and control panel.
We also provide flare parts and accessories for flare and combustion system, such as: flame detectors, spark plugs, control panel, valves, regulators, instrumentation, igniter.

Burner System
API Flare is a designer and manufacturer of custom and semi-custom multi-fuel burners for the commercial, institutional and industrial markets. Our burners combine advanced controls with proven combustion performance to provide heat for heating system process application: oil heater, boilers, and other heating equipments.

With advance technology and innovation in combustion process, the burner system will provide some advantages in combustion efficiency and low emission levels.

Control System
Combustion control system of the burner be designed in optimum operation, can senses combustion air temperature and automatically controls the fan speed or fluid pressure to create a constant air flow mass for combustion, thereby maintaining optimum fuel/air ratios to enable maximum burner efficiency.
